SGB- Student Governing Board
The Depot’s Student Governing Board (SGB) gives high school students the opportunity to develop leadership skills while helping shape programs and traditions for their peers and the broader community. SGB members work together to plan and support major Depot events, including the Overstuffed Turkey Trot, the Wrap Up Holiday fundraiser, Friday Night Lights, and the new SGB Pickleball Tournament.
Through hands-on event planning, required community service, team-building and leadership development, members learn how to communicate effectively, take responsibility and turn their ideas into action—all while forming meaningful friendships and making a positive impact at The Depot and throughout Darien.
Meets every Wednesday from 8-9 p.m.
