This progressive course is taught by Hope Crotty from Maritime Rowing Club, a career educator and coach.  It is proven that rowing is not just a physical exercise but also a powerful tool for cultivating a deep mind and body connection.  The class will be a blend of stretching, technique utilizing an indoor rowing machine (ergometer) and a small yoga session. At the end of each semester, participants are invited to a learn to row session at Maritime Rowing Club in Norwalk to see if they’d like to take their skills from land to the water.

Open to 6th-8th graders. Every Thursday from 4:00 pm to 5:00 pm.
