Friday Night Friends

Facilitated by former NFL prospect and CFL player and soon to be olympic athlete, Chuck Hatchett, Mastering Mindful Mindsets (M3) provides actionable strategies for transforming negative thoughts into positive habits. This comprehensive resource is designed to teach students how to develop a resilient mindset that can help them navigate life’s challenges and achieve success in all areas. Through practical exercises and techniques, students will learn how to build a strong and positive mindset that can combat the seven mindset killers that can hold them back. They will also discover the four attributes of a rich mindset, as well as their poor counterparts to avoid, and how to intentionally cultivate a growth mindset.

Open to 6th-8th grade students, every Tuesdays from 3:00 pm to 4:00 pm.
