The Depot sponsors the Darien Chapter of the National SADD Program. SADD’s mission is to empower young people to successfully confront the risks and pressures that challenge them throughout their daily lives. SADD was founded on the simple philosophy that young people, empowered to help each other, are the most effective force in prevention. SADD is a program for youth to explore avenues of personal growth and strives to provide skills through a series of guest speakers and weekly workshops that will increase leadership skills, self-confidence, self-esteem. This is a precursor to high school SADD. Facilitated by High School SADD Leaders.

Open to 8th grade students. Two Wednesdays per month, 3:00 pm to 4:00 pm.
