4th & 5th Grade Girls & | Confidence • Ambition • Self-Compassion Workshop

The years between 8 and 12 are an important window when girls are forming beliefs about who they are, what they’re capable of and whether their voice matters. Created by author and global leadership expert Joan Kuhl, Girls & is an interactive three-part series designed to help girls strengthen confidence, ambition and self-compassion through conversation, activities and real-life practice.

The first two workshops are just for the girls, creating space to connect, speak openly and practice new tools. For the final workshop, girls and their grownups participate together for the full 90 minutes — building shared language and practical tools families can continue using at home.
