empowHER
empowHER provides high school girls with a friendly, inclusive environment for group discussions, empowering them with a safe place to discuss challenges they face daily. Aside from quiet conversation and team bonding activities, participants go on a few field trips and adventures outside The Depot, and welcome in occasional speakers. This award-winning program increases self-confidence, self-esteem and well-being while offering social and emotional support with peers.
Open to 9th-12th grade girls. Meets two Mondays per month from 6:30-7:30 p.m.
